RETURNS POLICY
At The Ultimate Corkscrew Company we want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and products you receive. The products we offer are all carefully selected and tested to ensure that they will meet customer expectations. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us, in the original packaging, within 14 days of purchase, for a replacement or full refund.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
In order that you receive the most economical delivery charges, all our delivery costs are worked out on the weight of the total order based on the following weight ranges for UK standard charges:
Up to 500g - £3.95
500g to 1kg - £4.95
1kg to 2kg - £5.95
2kg to 5kg - £8.95
5kg to 10kg - £11.95
Delivery charges will be shown at the checkout, before you proceed to pay. An additional charge will be levied for destinations other than UK Standard, again these will be shown at the checkout.
All items are usually held in stock. Items that are in stock will usually be shipped the next working day and should be received within 2 days, however please allow up to 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will automatically put it on back order for you and will contact you to inform you when you can expect it, usually it will be with you within 5 - 7 days. You are free to cancel your order should you wish to if you do not want to wait for an item to come into stock.
Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
